Data We Collect

Lines of Change collects the question you submit, the six coin lines, your selected language, and a locally generated device identifier. We use this data to generate readings and enforce the daily free reading limit.

How We Use Data

Submitted questions and hexagram data are sent to our server and AI providers only to create your reading. We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers in the app.

Local History

Reading history is stored on your device. You can remove it by deleting the app data or uninstalling the app.

Retention and Deletion

Server logs and request data may be retained as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact us at hello@linesofchange.com.
